Scott Arnold, B.S., J.D. admitted to Texas Bar 1980.  Licensed to practice in every Texas State Court.  Also admitted to practice before the U.S. Supreme Court, U.S. Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit, and the U.S. District Court, Southern District of Texas.  Preparatory Education.  University of Houston (Bachelor of Science, Economics 1977). Legal Education: University of Houston (Doctor of Jurisprudence 1980).
